- Description
- The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) plans to award a sole source ?Other Transaction? Agreement (OTA), in accordance with Section 845 of Public Law 103-160, as amended, under 10 U.S.C 2371 for the development and integration of the Battle Management, Command Control, and Communications (BMC2&C) capability in an evolutionary Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS). The planned OTA will be awarded on a cost plus award fee basis to Lockheed Martin Mission Systems, 700 N. Frederick Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD 20879-3328 with Boeing, General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, and TRW as its initial major support members. Any responses resulting from this announcement for support member opportunities will be referred to Lockheed Martin Mission Systems.
