- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a specific make and model purchase order to Dominion Data Works, 9616 Berryville Court, Raleigh, NC 27617. This acquisition is for software maintenance support for MQ Series Capacity Unit SW Maintenance, 50 ea, for a period of one year. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC (c)(1) - and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 3:00 p.m., 22 January 2002 to: Stephanie Baker/AQN1, (703) 681-0323. Awards is anticipated on or about 23 January 2002. See NOTE 22.
