- Description
- The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspections Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), Fruit Fly Rearing Facility, 41-650 Ahiki Street, Waimanalo, Hi intends to procure 20,000 pounds of Primary Grown Nonviable Dried yeast, packaged in 50 lb. bags. The bags shall be palletized at the rate of 40 bags per pallet and shrink wrapped to prevent goods from getting wet. Delivery shall be FOB destination: Waimanalo, HI by February 8, 2001 This is a firm fixed price contract. Simplified procurement procedures will be used as well as commercial item acquisition regulations per FAR 12. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27.
