- Description
- The Civil Division, U.S. Department of Justice, requires the continuation of contractor support to operate five (5) existing full-service supply rooms and one (1) self-service supply closet. The contractor shall provide services in the following functional areas: 1) provide continuous on-site supply room coverage, including ordering, receiving, maintaining, and distributing general office supplies to Civil Division personnel and contractors. 2) maintain and control stock levels in all supply rooms, including one self-service supply closet; 3) distribute standard and routine government forms and publications on a regular basis; 4) maintain General Service Administration (GSA) supply catalogs and other catalogs, including price schedules of commercial vendors; and 5) develop inventory systems and inventory general office supplies, forms, and publications on a routine basis. The Contractor shall also be responsible for shutting down an existing full-service supply room and transitioning to and opening a new full-service supply room in a different building. The Contractor shall provide all personnel and supervision to perform all functions under a single, firm-fixed price contract. The contract will provide for base year and four (4) additional option years. Contract performance shall at the Civil Division, U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561990. The solicitation document will be available about February 14, 2002 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Electronic Posting System -- FedBizzOpps. The web site is www.eps.gov (hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available). FedBizzOpps provides downloading instructions.
