Description

Vendor to provide a consignment agreement for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Miami, VA Medical Center, 1201 NW 16th Street, 33125 for the following NIR Elite Monorail Stents needed in various sizes. Niroyal Elite Monorail Stents Sizes needed are as follows: 2.5 X 9MM , 3.0 X 9MM, 3..5 X 9MM, 4.0 X 9MM, 2.5 X 12MM, 3.0 X 12MM, 3.5 X 12MM, 4.0 X 12MM , 2.5 X 15MM, 3.0 X 15MM, 3.5 X 15MM, 4.0 X 15MM, 2.5 X 18MM, 3.0 X 18MM, 3.5 X 18MM, 4.0 X 18MM, 2.5 X 25MM, 3.0 X 25MM, 3.5 X 25MM, 4.0 X 25MM, 2.5 X 31MM , 3.0 X 31MM, 3.5 X 31MM. Scimed Division , Boston Scientific, 500 Commander Shea Blvd., Quincy, MA 02171, provides maximum availability and the desired characteristics such as sizes to fit most coronary artery vessels with excellent capacity to cross most stenoses. All responses must be received by the required date January 31, 2002, negotiations will begin on February 4th, 2002, and all responses must be in writing with descriptive literature with their responses.
