- Description
- The contractor shall provide a dedicated primary distribution program (Prime Vendor) to supply medical/surgical products to the Hunter Holmes McGuire Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA 23249. Contract period is anticipated to be from date of award through September 30, 2002, with three (3), one (1) year options. NAICS Code 421450 applies. Solicitation dissemination is limited to electronic medium, the VA will not provide hard copies. Electronic solicitations will be available for download on or about January 30, 2002. A Pre-Solicitation conference will be conducted on February 12, 2002 at 9 a.m. (local time) in the Procurement Office of Building 507. Any amendments will be posted at the website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all documents and amendments. No telephone requests will be accepted.
