Description: Change management services are required to include pre-planning, discovery, co-design, implementation, evaluation and transfer of technology for organizational change for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The anticipated contract will be a Requirements Contract (FAR 52.216-21) with services to be performed at multiple VA sites. This will be an unrestricted procurement (no set-aside preferences). The solicitation will be posted at this site when available. No telephonic inquiries will be accepted.
