- Presolicitation Notice Date Submitted: 10 JAN 2002 OC-ALC/LIDIA DIR AIRBORNE ACCESSORIES 3001 STAFF DR STE 1AD297E TINKER AIR FORCE BASE OK 73145-3028. REPAIR/OVERHAUL AC130U Air Pressure Controller SOL F34601-02-R-40083 P.O.C. Karen Stevens/LIDIA (405) 734-4622, e-mail karen.stevens@tinker.af.mil This is a requirement for Overhaul. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish overhaul, test, packing, preservation and packaging of the below listed miscellaneous valves. A firm fixed price Requirements type contract is contemplated. The items and quantities are as follows: Item 0001: Overhaul NSN 1660 01 396 4273; P/N: 1151148-2-1; Noun: Air Pressure Controller; Applicable to AC130U aircraft; Basic Year, Quantity: 5 each; Option I, Quantity: 5 each; Option II, Quantity: 5 each; Option III, Quantity: 5 each; Option IV, Quantity: 5 each. Item 0002: Over and Above Work; Item 0003: Data IAW DD1423s. Deliveries are to be in accordance with instructions received from the Production Management Specialist prior to shipment. Qualification requirements apply-Sole Source to Honeywell ASCA, Inc. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 28 Jan 2002. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
