Description: NA This solicitation is hereby amended to extend the response date for all proposals. The final closing date for all proposals is January 18, 2002 at 1:00 P.M. All questions received up to January 10, 2002 by 10:00 A.M. will be posted for viewing in the nex t amendment (Amendment 6) by Friday January 11, 2002. Each offeror must provide an electronic version of its proposal on a Microsoft Windows-compatible 3.5-inch 1.4 MB diskette(s) or 650 MB CD-Rom (CD-R) in Microsoft Windows Word 97 and Excel 97 format, i n addition to the required number of copies listed under Instructions to Offerors. Offerors were having problems downloading amendment 3 and this problem will be corrected by January 11, 2002. Amendment 4 was electronically submitted to FEDBIZOPS on Janu ary 2, 2002. This amendment will be reissued to the FEDBIZOPS site by January 11, 2002. No further questions verbal or written will be accepted after January 10, 2002 at 10:00 A.M.
