Description

NA POINT OF CONTACT FOR THIS SOLICITATION IS MARY H. TOWNSEND, 256-842-7440. The government intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract with Veridian Engineering, Inc., for continued office automation and network management support utilizing CISnet to manage and oversee current operations for the Comanche PMO. The cont ractor is required to acquire, configure, install, integrate, maintain and turn-in all computer automation hardware and software and perform management support services of the PMO local area network (LAN). This entails maintaining, managing and optimizing via the CISnet, office automation services such that they remain consistent with the original purpose of the system designed by Veridian Engineering. This system provides access to proprietary and other contractor and Government sensitive data. This acq uisition is subject to availability of funds. It is the government's intent to issue a firm-fixed-price contract. Solicitation should be available for viewing on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Web Site approximately 25 Jan 0 2. The web address is: http://acquisition.army.mil/default.htm. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by this agency. All sources must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registration, (CCR) to be considered for award. See Note 26.
