- NA Furnish all of the parts and supplies as specified in the solicitation, which includes: Anodes of various types and Rods (Galvanized) to be used at various locks and dams within the Pine Bluff Project Office area. This is to be a Firmed Fixed Price - Supp ly Contract. This is 100% set-aside for small business. Solicitation will be on Compact Disk (CD-Rom) and provided free of charge. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper when determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer WILL NOT be allowed. Solicitation issue d ate will be on or about 24 January 2002. Solicitation will be made available upon registration at the Little Rock Contracting Division internet website (https://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil). IF UNABLE to register through the internet, a written request may be sent to Contracting Division at the address above, faxed to (501) 324-5196, or email. The date and time for receipt of proposals will be on or about 22 February 2002, 2:00 p.m. local time. NAISC code 331491 will apply with a size standard of 750 employe es. Numbered note 1 applies.
