- NA Contractor shall provide park cleanup/solid waste removal services for parks/areas of the Pine Bluff Project Office, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. THERE ARE TWO SCHEDULES WITH A REQUIREMENT FOR THE CONTRACTOR TO RESIDE AT A DESIGNATED PARK CAMPSITE ON EACH SCHEDU LE. This is 100% set-aside for small business. Solicitation will be posted on or about 24 January 2002. The closing date will be on or about 22 February 2002, 2:00 p.m. This solicitation will be posted on the Little Rock District Contracting Webpage at: https://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil Contractors should register at the same site; Contractors who do not register may not receive notification of amendments. All documents required for the bid submittal, including amendments, will be in paper medium. Electr onic medium for submittal of bids will not be allowed. Solicitation documents will not be issued in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when determined to be in the best interest of the Government. Numbered note 1 applies. The following NAISC code 561210 will apply with a size standard of $5,000,000.00.
