- NA Furnish all of the parts and supplies as specified in the solicitation, which includes: Anodes of various types and Rods (Galvanized) to be used at various locks and dams within the Pine Bluff Project Office area. This is to be a Firmed Fixed Price - Suppl y Contract. This is 100% set-aside for small business. This solicitation will be posted on the Little Rock District Contracting Webpage at: https://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil Contractors should register at the same site; Contractors who do not register may not receive notification of amendments. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper when determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the offer submitt al, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer WILL NOT be allowed. Solicitation will be posted on or about 24 January 2002. The date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about 22 February 2002, 2:00 p.m. local time. NAISC code 331491 will apply with a size standard of 750 employees. Numbered note 1 applies.
