- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other that full and open competition basis the following equipment: 1) Model 2073 basic chassis for T1 multiplexer, part no. 2073-010, quantity: 2; 2) IOC 405 T1 card, Class III, T1 AMI in, TTL data and clock out, part no. 2073-333, quantity: 2; 3) IOC 406 Class III, TTL data and clock in, T1 AMI out, part no. 2073, quantity: 2; 4) 5 inch chassis multiplexer, provides for 17 module slots, font panel control, 30 watt power supply (accepts all MITC modules compatible with MUX & BKP1 backplane), part no. 4301, quantity: 2; 5) Packetizer, TTL&PDI I/F, part no. 2024, quantity: 2; 6) Depacketizer, TTL&PDI I/F, part no. 2025, quantity: 2; 7) T3 interface, input and output, part no. 2026, quantity: 2; 8) Ethernet interface module, part no. 2019, quantity: 2; 9) MUX9, 9 channel mux input card, part no. 2016, quantity: 2; 10) DEMUXX9, 2 channel mux output, part no. 2017, quantity: 2; and 11) MPEG II Encoder with integrated mux channel, part no. VCM4, quantity: 2. This requirement is sole sourced to Apogee Labs, Inc. for compatibility with existing Apogee Labs, Inc. digital multiplexing system and proprietary data. Any firms believing that they can provide the equipment may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
