- Construct communications hub for support of Electronic Warfare training in Edwards Creek Valley. Site location map data will be provided for reference and coordination. Work involves site trenching; Concrete forms and placement; 60hz electrical system installation; Communications building placement; Cattle guard and 300kva tranformer perimeter fence; and Clean up. The estimated price range for this acquisition is between $100,000.00 and $150,000.00. The NAICS code is 233320 with size standard of $27.5 Million. This procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses. Quotations will be evaluated based on contractor qualifications and price. The entire solicitation will be released solely on the internet by Electronic Solicitation at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil (paper copies will not be available). Request for Quotations will be available ON OR ABOUT 8 FEB 2002. Locate the solicitation number N44255-02-B-6002 and follow the instructions for downloading. Include your company name, address, telephone number, point of contact, fax number and e-mail address. Any prospective offerors interested in bidding on this solicitation MUST register in order to be placed on the plan holder?s list.
