- Description
- As an alternative to seeking new space the government will negotiate with the lessor at the current location for approximately 39,500 rentable square feet of office space, laboratory space, storage area, 30 parking spaces, break room area, computer area, distance learning area, maps and technology area, conference and training area. Delineated Area: The space must be locate in the Atlanta, Georgia area, bounded within or fronting the following streets: North to Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, West to I-285, South to I-85, East to State Route 120. Other considerations: Offerors should consider the costs for relocation, telecommunications and tenant improvements as well as the capability of providing alternate/backup power for the computer data center. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: The space is required on or before May 15, 2002.
