- Description
- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission intends to award firm fixed price contract with 1 base year and 4 option years on a sole source basis to Commerce Clearing House (CCH), Inc., 2700 Lake Cook Road, Riverwoods, IL, 60015. CCH will supply a multi volume print set, in loose-leaf format grouping regulation and forms with the statute under which they are promulgated, one volume per each securities law (or group of laws in cases where data is not extensive enough to merit an individual volume). The set will cover all current statues and applicable regulation, rules and forms encompassing federal security law: The Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange of 1934, the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935, The Trust Indenture Act of 1939, The Investment Company Act of 1940, and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
