Description

This project is for the demolition and removal of eight buildings consisting of a base bid and seven optional bid items located at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. The successful contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, material, equipment and transportation to perform all aspects of work in strict accordance with the developed statement of work. Some asbestos and lead-base paint abatement will be required. The solicitation and accompanying attachments will be available for viewing and down loading on or about 6 Feb 02 with a closing date of 30 calendar days from date actual issuance. SIC: 1795; NAICS: 235940; S/B Size Std: 11.5. Basis of award: Award will be made to the low-priced qualifying HUBZone contractor for the base bid plus optional bid items.
