- NA Draft Solicitation DAJA22-02-R-0004 will be posted for viewing beginning January 31, 2002 on the following website: www.usacce.army.mil/wcc . Upon entry into the Wiesbaden Contracting Center (WCC) website, click on Vendor Center. Once into the Vendor Cent er webpage, click on Bid Board to pull up the solicitation. This draft solicitation will also be posted on FedBizOps by February 8, 2002. WCC intends to award a commercial services, performance based, award term incentive requirements type contract for e ducational services. The voluntary education programs of the U.S. Forces in Europe have a need for instructional (secondary and postsecondary, credit and non-credit) programs for education support services. The performance period will be a two year base period beginning August 1, 2003 through July 31, 2005. There will be three one-year optional periods and five one-year award term periods, with the final award term period ending July 31, 2013. The Government is interested in Industry's comments and conc erns particularly in the areas of: potential strategies to perform required programs and services under this contract; pricing of award term periods; and award term plan. Interested offeror are encouraged to email their comments about this draft solicitat ion by March 14, 2002 to Jeanne Basinger at BasingerJ@rcc.wbn.usacce.army.mil. A preproposal conference will convene in Northern Virginia at 9:00 A.M. on March 20, 2002. The conference will be held in Salon A, Crystal City Marriott, Jefferson Davis Highw ay, Alexandria, Virginia. If you plan to attend the conference, please email Ms. Basinger of your intent by March 6, 2002 at the email address shown above. Offerors contemplating submission of a proposal for this requirement are strongly encouraged to at tend the preproposal conference. The Final Solicitation will be issued on or about April 16, 2002 with a closing date on or about June 26, 2002.
