Description

NA This modification is to correct the size standard from $13.5 million to $17 million as noted below. Maintenance Dredging 2002, Mouth of the Columbia River, Columbia River and Coos Bay Entrance. Hopper dredging and placement of materials, mouth of the Columbia River, Columbia River and Coos Bay entrance for Clatsop, Coos, Columbia, and Multnomah Counties in Oregon and Pacific, Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, and Clark Counties for Washington. May require pump ashore capability. Contractor required to commence work within 20 calendar days after the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed and complete the entire work n ot later than 150 calendar days (time stated for completion includes final cleanup of the premises). Estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. DACW57-02-B-0004 will be available on or about 28 February 2002. Tentative bid opening date is on or about 28 March 2002. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns. The size standard is a concern, including all affiliates, with average annual sales or receipts for the past three years not in ex cess of $17 million.
