Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) seeks to modify the statement of work to an existing contract with State Street Bank related to paying agent, withholding agent and other related benefit payment services for defined benefit pension plans administered by PBGC. Additional services require the Contractor to: maintain non-pay records transmitted to the Contractor through the Datahub process prior to the month payment is scheduled to be produced; make occasional changes which include, but are not limited to adding and /or correcting participant data, address changes, changes in payment amount of frequency, entry of a death status, etc; supporting PBGC in locating missing participants to whom benefit payments may be due and providing access to locator services and credit bureaus. It is in the best interest of the PBGC for the current provider to complete this work by modifying the existing contract. This modification will ensure continuity of work and accuracy in execution. This is not a request for proposal.
