Description: This amendment is issued to decrease the period of delivery from 12 months to 10 months: 10 months (meter read in Mar 2002 ? meter read in Dec 2002). The total kWh usage is decreased by 40,184,630 from 265,948,408 to 225,763,778 to reflect this change. Attachment III has been revised.
