Description

NA The US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, is soliciting for 2 each vertical turbine type pumps and related equipment for the John Day Powerhouse Unwatering Pumps 3 and 4 at the John Day Dam, Rufus, Oregon. The pumps shall be supplied, installed a nd started up by the contractor. The pumps shall be capable of delivering 10,000 gallons per minute against a total discharge head of 140 feet operating at 1170 rpm when pumping fresh water. The pumps shall have a minimum guaranteed field efficiency incl uding all pump losses of 85% at the rated condition. The pump rotation shall be counter clockwise when viewed from the top of the pump. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for HUBZone businesses. HUBZone certified firms that recognize and can furnish the required supplies are invited to request a copy of the subject Request for Quotation(RFQ) by registering onto the Portland District website at: https://www.nwp.usace.army.mil/ct. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense , the contractor must provide registration information to the Central Contractor Registration(CCR).
