- Description
- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport requires 260 each Special 7-Contact Plug Assemblies; 3 each Special 6-Contact Plug Assemblies and 13 each Special 30-Contact Plug Assemblies. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N00253-02-Q-0069 and is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular No. 19. Line items 0001 & 0002 - a total of 260 each Plug Assembly, Pressure-proof, Special 7-Contact, Non-conductive coating, Waterblocked for SSN 688 Class Vertical Launch Sy stem; Line Item 0003 - 3 each Plug Assembly, Pressure-Proof, Special 6-Contact, Non-conductive coating, Waterblocked, for SSN 688 Class Vertical Launch System; and Line Item 0004 - 13 each Plug Assembly, Pressure-Proof, Special 30-Contact, Non-conductive coating, Waterblocked for SSN 688 Class Vertical Launch System. The following provisions applies to this solicitation 52.212-1 Instructions to Offeror ? Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items, 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items. Simplified Acquisition Procedures apply. Responses shall be due no later than 1600 hours PT on 11 February 2002. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency
