Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary for modernization of elevators 1 through 4 in the Russell Senate Office Building. Work consists of modernization of electrical/mechanical systems, material upgrades of four (4) traction elevators, installation of new electrical and mechanical components, car interior, hall finishes, systems for communication, and monitoring of the elevators. Magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer. There is no charge for the solicitation documents. Interested firms MUST SUBMIT A REQUEST IN WRITING. Your request shall indicate the name, address, solicitation number, fax number, and tax identification number on all requests. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
