Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, and other items and services, except for the Government furnished property and services listed in Appendix B, necessary to perform all operational Maintenance of the Yokota Community Center. The contractor shall perform to the standards referenced in this contract. The estimated quantities of work are listed in Appendix A. The contractor shall perform the services in accorance with Standard and Industrial practices of the trades involved and as prescribed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Performance Thresholds for these services are listed in Paragraph 2 Service Delivery Summary. The main functions of this SOW are: a) Service Calls/Unscheduled Maintenance; b) Recurring Equipment/Systems Maintenance (Preventive Maintenance); c) Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair of Facility and Systems
