Description
NA PRON: AX2F5018AX, NSN: 3040-01-163-1018, PN: 7-311525047, Quantity: 60 each, this is a five year IDIQ with a minimum quantity of 60 each and a maximum quantity of 156 each applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. F.O.B. Destination with a quantity of 30 each going to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and 30 each going to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required Delivery Schedule with First Article Testing is 60 each, 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required Delivery Schedule without First Article Testing is 60 each, 280 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required Delivery Schedu le with Alternate II is 60 each, 350 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This requirement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This item is restricted to the approved small businesses, GSE Dynamics, Inc., 25 Corporate Drive, Hauppauge, NY 11788-2021, The Purdy Corporation, 586 Hilliard Street, P.O. Box 1898, Manchester, CT 06045-1898 and W and G Machine Co., Inc., 4 Hamden Park Drive, Hamden, CT 06517, This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website www. redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
