- PR No: ARG01327043510; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Bulkhead, Upper Cowling, for a E-3 aircraft. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are two approved sources of supply Northrop Grumman. Cage 26512, and DFP Manufacturing Corp. Cage 9J659 The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-00-066-6330; P/N 123P10302-3; AEQ = 20 each for the base year and 24 for any option years. Delivery: FOB Origin, Acceptance is Origin, 274 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is February 20, 2002, anticipated award date is May 24, 2002. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
