Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Northern Plains Agricultural Research Laboratory located in Sidney, Montana requires aerial flight service to monitor rangelands using aerial photography and CASI II hyperspectral imaging system. The period of performance shall be April 20, 2002 to October 20, 2002. OFFEROR'S SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING AND DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS ISSUED ON THIS SOLICITATION. POTENTIAL OFFEROR'S ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FAXED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER (970) 229-5531 AND REFERENCE SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-010-82HW-02. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Fax quotations are acceptable to Lee Shea (970) 229-5531 on or before February 22, 2002 by 5:00 P.M. (MST). This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 541990 with a small business size of $5.0 million. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-010-82HW-02 which will be available on or about February 6, 2002. The anticipated award date is February 25, 2001. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
