- Description
- Amendment -0002 The following are questions and answers regarding Solicitation SB134102Q0132. 1. In reference to the feedback presentation requirement (Reference 2.0 NIST Associate Survey): For the presentation of the results of the Associate survey, are these presented to NIST associates in both Gaithersburg, Maryland and Boulder, Colorado? Do separate presentations need to be made for the seven different types of associates cited in the solicitation? Response: Feedback presentations to the staff will be provided at both sites. Both feedback meetings, i.e., employees and associates will be provided back to back on the same day, or a few hours apart from each other at each location. That is, all together, there will be four presentations, two in Gaithersburg (Day 1) and two in Boulder (Day 3).Only a single presentation will be made to all types of associates. 2. What is your best guess as to when the winning contractor will be selected and notified? Response: I estimate around February 15, 2002. The survey instruments need to be provided to the staff in June 2002. 3. Was a survey completed for 2001? Response: No, there was no survey completed in 2001. 4. May we submit a proposal electronically? Response: You may fax to 301-963-7732 if you follow up with a hard copy. The fax copy must be received before the due date. 5. What do the initials "JB", "EA", and "LT" stand for on the Schedule? Response: JB is job, EA is each, and LT is lot. 6. Will the contractor have information on NIST employee email addresses and home addresses? Response: The contractor will not receive the NIST email addresses or home addresses. Any communication from the contractor to the staff or management will be made through the Program Office. The response date for the solicitation is amended to read February 8, 2002 in lieu of February 5, 2002. Please see Amendment 0001 for directions on how to submit proposals.
