Description

Sources are sought, 314th Airlift Wing is contemplating an agreement for a self-storage facility at Little Rock AFB, AR. This contract would consist of multiple individual rent-type storage spaces that would be installed without cost to the government. The contractor would own, operator and maintain the units. There are approximately 1480 families living on base in military family housing, approximately 580 permanent party single airmen living in dorms on base, approximately 300 students residing on base while here on long term temporary duty and approximately 100 students residing in off base motels while here on long term temporary duty. There is no past historical information at this time.
