Description

DESCRIPTION: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River MD, has a requirement to increase the Level of Effort and Extend the Period of Performance under current Contract N00421-97-C-1500. This action will provide continued Program Management and Business Management Support Services for the E2/C2 Program until a follow-on contract can be awarded. The Period of Performance will be extended from 10 May 2002 through 30 September 2002. The increase in the Level of Effort is approximately 72,854 labor hours. The contract modification will be negotiated on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) with Veridian Engineering, Inc. 4455 Genesee Street, Buffalo, NY 14255. The Government?s minimum need to continue services can only be accomplished reasonably and without impairing continued support through the award of this modification.
