Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approx. 3,927 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 3,415 usable square feet of space. Occupancy date will be no later than April 1, 2003. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: Central Business District Unique Requirements: Space offered must in the same building. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g., space should not exceed a length to width ratio of 2:1 nor be U or L shaped. No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease and public transportation within 500 ft. of the building.
