Description: The Office of Justice Programs intends to modify on a sole source basis Contract OJP-98-C-008,entitled PROGRAM ACCOUNTABILITY LIBRARY (PAL). The modification will increase the ceiling of the contract to allow for additional services to support the Office of Justice Programs, Office of the Comptroller. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any other firm desiring consideration must submit documentation which demonstrates its technical capability to perform this requirement. See Note 22.
