- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number FA2543-02-Q-0010 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect thru Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 and thru Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 10001213. This advertised acquisition is a total small business set-aside with North American Industrial Classification System Code 336214, and size standard 500 personnel. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). 821 SPTS/LGCAA, Buckley AFB, CO, has a requirement for purchase of the following item. Line item 0001: 2002 Marathon 34' Fifth Wheel Trailer: Standard Equipment, smooth filon fiberglas exterior, EPDM rubber roof, to-flex axels w/ 16" tires and wheels, electric fifth wheel jacks, rear stabilizer jacks, rear ladder, spare tire kit, scare lights (exterior bright illumination lights), 26" side door with permanently mounted steps, 36" rear entrance door with detachable steps, exterior shower, 6 gal gas/electric/DSI water heater, large double door refrigeration , microwave oven, hand sink, flush toilet, heated holding tanks, 15,500 BTU ducted air conditioner with heat strip, 35,000 BTU ducted furnance with electronic ignition, 2-40# LGP gas bottles, 7.2KW generac generator with 20 gal fuel tank, 2 side windows in upper office area, 1 front window in upper office area, 1 side window in storage area, floor to ceiling cabinets (roadside) in storage area, boot box cabinet and overhead cabinet (curbside) in storage area, commercial vinyl floor tile throughout, 12 deep cycle battery, 30 gal fresh water tank w/ city water hookup, work surface w/ plastic laminate surface in office area across front and along roadside, telephone jack, television antenna, am/fm cassette stereo, satellite hookup, full length awning w/ ground support & rafter, freight and prep.
