Description

NA This is a notice of intent to award an add-on to a sole source contract with Rohm and Haas Company, Philadelphia, PA for the purchase of 15,000 lbs of Ambersorb XE-348F Decontaminating Resin (a proprietary component of the Rohm and Haas Company). Justific ation: Supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This notice is published to alert intereste d subcontractors.
