Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number DADA16-02-T-0039, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC97-21. R equirement is for billing system for Veterans and Medicare claims for the Patient Administration Division of Tripler Army Medical Center. This solicitation will be evaluated based on experience/technical capability, past experience/performance and best va lue. This acquisition incorporates the following FAR clauses: 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERICAL ITEMS (OCT 95); 52.212-3 REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS; ETC., which must also be completed and submitted along with the proposal. Copy of the solicitation is available on FACNET and at http://acquisition.army.mil/default.htm. ALL OFFERS ARE DUE BY 4:00 P.M. PACIFIC STANDARD TIME ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2002.
