Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 1,200 square feet of rentable space along with 3 reserved parking spaces. Rentable office space must yeild 950-1000 occupiable square feet, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The space offered must be contiguous. Elevator must be provided if space offered is located on the second floor or higher. Lease Term: 8 years, 5 firm. Desired Occupancy Date: November 2002. Area of consideration is within the city of Ukiah, California. Space must be located in an office, research, technology or business park that is modern in design with a campus-like atmosphere, or on an attractively landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional and prestigious in appearance with surrounding development well-maintained and in consonance with a professional image. The building offered must conform to the 1976 Edition of the UBC for siesmic safety. The offer must contain a certification by a registered structural engineer. Buildings that contain asbestos or PCB materials WILL NOT be considered. A fully serviced and handicapped accessible building is required. The building MUST NOT be located in a 100 year flood plain.
