Description

REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government seeks to lease office and related use space consisting of approximately 10,840 rentable square feet. Rentable square feet must yield 9,590 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Space must be on one level, contiguous and have a maximum length to width ratio of 2 to 1. Columns must be at least 20 feet from any perimeter wall and from each other, and must be no more than 2 feet square. LOCATION: Properties must be located within the city limits of Pikeville, Kentucky. First consideration will be given to properties located within the Central Business Area (CBA), which includes properties within or fronting these boundaries: West: Hambley Blvd to Pike St to 3rd St; North: Scott Ave ; East: Main St ; South: Huffman Ave between Hambley Blvd and Pike St. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Space is required on no later than June 1, 2003. Lease term will be ten (10) years, with five years firm term. OWNERS/AGENTS: Agents must provide documentation showing their authority to represent owner. To submit a location for inspection, please send a letter of interest to this office by MARCH 1, 2002.
