Description
Prospective offerors to Manage and Operate Multi-Media Photographic and Graphic Services at Travis AFB, CA. The period of performance is from 01 MAR 2002 through 30 SEP 2002, plus four Option years. This a 100% set-a-side for Small Business. The closing date and time for submission of your quote is on 22 Feb 2002. The Solicitation package will be posted in the FED BIZ OPPS, which can be accessed at http://www.eps.gov/. The government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation package. Facsimile, telephone, written, or e-mail request for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the FED BIZ OPPS site for release of the solicitation package and downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information. Prospective offerors shall submit the company name, address, phone#, Fax#, point of contact, e-mail address, DUNS#, and business classification (i.e. Large, Small, Disadvantaged, 8a, hub zone. woman-owned, disabled veterans, etc.) All potential sources must be registered in Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the government. Graphic Services include, but are not limited to, conventional and computer-generated design of standard size and large format posters, layouts, charts, illustrations, web pages, program, name plates, educational aids, temporary interior signs, book-covers, certificates, and publication pages. Work hours for Multi-Media services are 7:30 - 4:30 Monday through Friday, except holidays. Photographic services includes, but not limited to, providing photographic support twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days per week (* Alert Photographer), responding to short notice request (i.e. aircraft mishaps and major accidents), documenting awards and decorations, accidents and investigative photography, operational readiness exercises/inspections, studio photography (i.e. portraits and passports), retirement ceremonies, flight line photography, public affairs requests, and digital photography. The contractor shall be capable to convert from conventional photography to an all-digital Multi-Media Information Center. The conversion is expected to take place within (6) six months after contract award. The government will provide all equipment necessary for the conversion. Submit captioned images along with captions quarterly to the Base Media Manager/Quality Assurance Personnel (QAP) for accessioning. *Alert Photographer: The contractor shall provide an alert photographer with a pager or other reliable method of communication to be alerted. A telephone number is required for alert photographer notification. Response time is 15 minutes for alert photographer from a call, during normal duty ours. Non-duty hours are one (1) hour from notification. Please respond to the Market Survey questions below: 1. Do you provide Photographic/Graphic Mounting services?_________________. 2.
