NA This requirement is for PRON: AX2C0020AX, NSN: 1620-00-869-2418, PN: 114L2331-2, Quantity: 46 each - Contract Minimum Quantity: 46 each and Maximum 286 each 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the CH-47 Airfr ame/Power Train Unit. This item is restricted to Boeing Helicopters, Div of the Boeing Co., RT 291 and Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078-1099, Cage Code: 77272. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-500. Require delivery is 46 each 360 Da ys After Contract Award. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. The Acquisition Contains Technical Data Whose Export is Restricted by the arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Execut ive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, so licitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicit ations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information.
