Description

NA Resulting solicitation will invite Request for Proposals (RFPs) for a Requirements Contract to perform Asbestos Abatement, Postwide, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. A base year with four option periods is contemplated. Contractor shall be required to perform al l labor, equipment, supplies/materials necessary to perform asbestos abatement. Work includes, but is not limited to, isolation and protection of work area and protection of adjacent spaces. Contractor shall be required to remove asbestos from pipes, HVA C ductwork, boiler, furnaces, walls and/or ceiling surfaces, ceiling tile and grid, roof flashing, roof felt and mastic, etc. The magnitude of the project is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This acquisition is subject to the Small Busi ness Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988; therefore, this acquisition will be solicited on an Unrestricted basis. Subsequent award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Pursuant to FAR 19.13, a price pr eference evaluation will be conducted for participating Hubzone Small Business Concerns. NAICS is 23330/$27.5 Million.
