- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to solicit proposals to award a contract based on a limited competition among the six NATO Improved Link Eleven (NILE) In Service Support (ISS) Phase participating Nations (i.e. Canada, France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the United States) per FAR 6.302-4 - International Agreement. The contractor will be required to provide 5 years, if all options exercised, of software and hardware engineering and systems engineering services necessary to analyze, update, maintain, document and test the hardware, software and data for elements of the following: NILE System Network Controller (SNC), NILE Reference System (NRS), Link Level COMSEC (LLC), and the Multi Link Test Tool (MLTT).
