- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Lease Space Miami, Florida The U.S. Government presently occupies office space under a soon-to-expire lease in Miami, Florida. The General Services Administration is conducting a space rental analysis to determine prevailing rental rates in relation to a proposed two year, lease for 39,248 rentable square feet of office and related space. Any alternative space must be of equal or better quality and provided on not more than two floors. Location: Space must be located within an area bounded by or fronting on the following streets: North: N.W. 25th Street South: Dolphin Expressway East: Miami International Airport West: Palmetto Expressway The total requirement will be satisfied at the present location unless there is an alternate space of equal size and quality, available, at an economic advantage to the Government including all upfitting costs, moving and telecommunication relocation costs, and tenant agency?s special requirements.
