Description: Construct a 2,673 square foot, fire dispatch office building at the Medford District Office Complex. Formerly Solicitation No. HAB022006. Work includes new foundations, wood framed walls with some masonry veneer, composition roofing, electrical lighting and communications, water and sewage plumbing, a raised floor in about half of the building for wiring access, mechanical heating, landscaping fencing and drainage. Project site is located in Jackson County, Medford District, Oregon. Project price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated start work is April 15, 2002 and performance time is 240 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%.
