Drawings are available. Requests for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. this solicitation will be available on the internet on its issue date of February 22, 2002. While price may be significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
