Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Govt. PRLI:001, QTY: Max annual 150, U/I EA, Delivery 60 days, Dest: Stock location to be cited on each delivery order. Option to extend term of contract 36months. Other than full and open (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1)(FAR 6.302-1). Only One Source on PID, Barber-Coleman Co. Trade Agreements Act. (FAR 6.302) Unrestricted. Automated Best Value Systems (ABVS): Solicitation will result in An Indefinite Quantity Contract for the base and one option year. Maximum Annual Quantity of 150, Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 23 and Estimated Annual Quantity is 100. Delivery Order minimum is 23, maximum is 50. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors.
