- Description
- The purpose of this notice is to announce the issuance of amendment 0004 to solicitation DTMA1R01003. This amendment changes the solicitation closing date from July 16, 2001 to February 15, 2002. Interested sources are encouraged to carefully and thoroughly review the entire solicitation package as this amendment substantially clarifies the solicitation evaluation procedures and proposals are to be submitted during a two-step process. Step One proposals are due 2:00 pm February 15, 2002. Step Two proposals will ONLY be accepted from those offerors notified by the contracting officer at a later date.
