- Description
- The VA Medical Center, San Francisco, CA intends to award a contract for the following items: (1) (2 ea) Abiomed Arterial Pump System 36 FR, Item no. 05050020; (2) (2 ea) Abiomed Arterial Pump System 46 FR, Item No. 05000010;(3) (2 ea) Abiomed Arterial cannulas 36 FR, Item No. 05060070; and (4) (2 ea) Abiomed Arterial Cannula 46 FR, Item No. 05060040. These items are components of the Abiomed Bi-Ventricular Support System Model No. BVS 5000 and cannot be substituted. The performance period of this contract is July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003, plus one (1) option period. The VA intends to award a consignment contract to Abiomed, Inc., Davers, MA 01923. This procurement is non-set-aside. NAICS Code 42145, 100 employees apply. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement according to the specifications listed above, or submit proposals in writing. MFR: Abiomed, Inc.
