Description

POC John Turner/Work: (210) 671-1777 Fax: (210) 671-5064/ john.turner3@lackland.af.mil This announcement is for the procurement of commercial items under FAR Part 12. This procurement is set aside for small business. Project is to purchase Whelen Light Bars (red & blue, 52"L X 3 3/3"H X 10"D) and Code Master Com Siren Control Boxes(2 3/4"H X 6 3/4"W X 7"D), no substitutes ,quantity 12 each. FOB: destination for delivery would be LACKLAND AFB, TX 78236. There will be no written solicitation for Request for Quotes (RFQ). Interested parties may submit quotes in writing only. Submit all quotes via fax or email using the info above. Offerors must include with their offers a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification ? Commercial Items, and DFARS 252.212-70000, Offerors Representation and Certification ? Commercial Items. Also applicable by reference is DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contracting Registration (CCR). CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet website www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2432. Confirmation of CCR registration must be obtained before award can be made. Award will be based on meeting the requirement, evaluation of lowest price, and responsible offer/quote. The tentative due date for all quotes will be 12 Feb 02 by 3:00P.M. (CST).
